Parent University: What is Scholastic Esports?

MCCSC’s next Parent University event, What is Scholastic Esports?, will take place on Thursday, December 5th from 6-7pm at the MCCSC CoLab (553 E. Miller Drive). At this event, you will learn about scholastic esports programs at MCCSC’s middle and high schools! The high schools offer a Scholastic Esports Computer Science Pathway as well as clubs that compete with teams across the state. All of the middle schools have clubs starting this year and will have classes next year too. Come hear about the positive impacts esports has on attendance, grades, mental health, and more! You will also learn about the millions of dollars in college scholarships and college programs offered for esports. Registration is not required, but is helpful to our planning.
